The small bud from my last painting opened!  I was glad at one more chance at these because I'm sure the heavy rain we've had has ruined the rest of these flowers.  I just love their simplicity.

In other news...Today I dropped off four pieces at the Rhode Island Watercolor Society for their annual Small Picture Show.  Can't wait to see the show on Sunday!
