The backlighting was a challenge for this one. Looking at it now there are things I
would change/fix, but I need to move on. Right now, painting daily is more important to me than producing perfect pieces. I just need to keep working to refresh my skills, and find my path.
I keep saying the same thing to myself, Cindy. The important thing here is not that we produce masterpieces, but that each painting takes us one step further in our growth as artists. I LOVE what you are doing here - I can feel the heat of summer in this piece!
